XEls grew out of my experience as managing director of TINC, where I spent 15 years providing language and communication training to international companies with a team of 50 employees. 

After this successful period, I saw where the real need is for expats in key positions. TINC taught me how to support international companies and their expats. Therefore, I understand better than anyone what it is like to lead and grow an organisation. 

Thanks to my Belgian-German background, I offer coaching in German, Dutch or English.

Thanks to intensive coaching, pathways and workshops with expats over the past 15 years, I have gained the know-how to determine exactly how to map out their personal roadmap to be operational quickly.
