Where can things go wrong?
As an executive coach, what do I see where things go wrong?
Here are some examples:
- They don't know how unions work and therefore unnecessarily antagonise some staff.
- They are stuck in their own leadership story and seek a neutral sounding board and trusted partner.
- The language training is not adapted to their specific role and challenges. It is e.g. something different to have lunch with employees, clients or politicians.
- They have no idea when hey should communicate formally or informally, so they unknowingly antagonise staff members.
- They have a hard time building a life outside work because it's all new and they don't have time to figure it out on their own.
- They need to take over within an existing structure and improve team communication.
